Our trainees are involved in social projects
Since 2014, PETER HAHN has been financing a leave of absence for trainees to contribute to regional social projects. Whether it is supporting kindergartens, excursions with senior citizens or practical help at home and in the garden for people with disabilities – it is important to us to set an example and play a part in the community.
Donation of clothes
We do not destroy anything and recycle everything. We donate selected returns or designs from previous collections to social institutions and thus support good causes.
Care in action
The fact that in the production of textiles sometimes some material is left over can hardly be avoided. But how to deal with this is crucial: we have been able to donate almost 1500m of organic cotton left over from the Ukrainian production of our supplier GREEN COTTON to the local aid organization “CARE IN ACTION”. Already since 2012 our long-time supplier GREEN COTTON Group has been supporting this organization, which cares for home & foster children. They support children through education, mentoring programs and material contributions. Within the framework of an art therapy, children and young people were able to sew together through our fabric donation.
